To promote their new expanded and 'Locked N' Loaded' editions of their hit album 'Appetite for Destruction', Guns N' Roses have released the single for 'Shadow of Your Love'.

'Shadow of Your Love' was around before Guns N' Roses, and was written by Axl Rose and his childhood friend Paul Tobias, the song came from Rose's days in the band Hollywood Rose.

Drummer Steven Adler spoke of the role the song plays in the band's history. “It was magic from the first day,” he said. “The first song we played in rehearsal was ‘Shadow of Your Love,’ and Axl showed up late. We were playing the song, and right in the middle of the song Axl showed up and he grabbed the microphone and was running up and down the walls screaming. I thought, ‘This is the greatest thing ever.’ We knew right then what we had.”

The deluxe edition of Appetite for Destruction consists of 73 songs, 49 of which have never been released, on four compact discs and arrives on June 29.
