U2 have released a video for their recent track 'Love Is Bigger Than Anything in Its Way' from their latest album, Songs of Experience.
The video was filmed in the band’s hometown of Dublin, and celebrates the diversity of youth culture.
Director David Mushegain said that he’d set out to focus purely on LGBTQ people, but that concept had changed as the project developed. “The LGBTQ community is made up of course of people who are LGBTQ themselves, but the community also includes friends and family, so really it's inclusive of everyone," Mushegain said on U2’s website. “It’s about being young and expressing yourself, it's about how we all have friends and relatives who dress or look or style themselves differently, but, as the song says, love is bigger than anything in its way.”
