The Beatles' longstanding record has been broken by a rapper/singer Drake with his latest album, Scorpion.

The Beatles' had five of their singles simultaneously on the Billboard Top 10 chart in 1964, but Drake managed to put seven singles from the two-week-old album in the Top 10 chart.

In 1964, The Beatles topped the charts with "Can't Buy Me Love", "Twist and Shout", "She Loves You", I Want to Hold Your Hand" and "Please Please Me". No one has yet to break their record of top five in the Hot 100 in a single week.

Drake's album has broken several other records including surpassing Michael Jackson's record of having a total of 30 singles in the Top 10. Drake currently has a total of 31 singles in the Top 10 and probably more to come.

The album also has more than one billion streams to date.
