CBS have announced they will be releasing an extended hour-long version of Paul McCartney's 'Carpool Karaoke' segment from 'The Late Late Show with James Corden'.
The new version will be released on August 20th, commissioned after over 130 million people watched the original 23-minute long segment.
Filmed in June, the 'Carpool Karaoke' follows Paul McCartney and James Corden as they drive around Liverpool, McCartney's hometown, singing 'Drive My Car'. The pair visit The Beatles star's childhood home as well as landmark locations made famous by his songs, followed by an intimate live performance in a small pub.
McCartney premiered a new track during the performance called 'Come to Me', saying: "This hasn't been released yet... It's the first time we've played it for anybody".
Watch the original 23-minute clip above, and stay tuned for the release of the extended version later this month.
