Cliff Williams was apparently with AC/DC in Vancouver

Sometime last year, we wrote about how AC/DC was spotted in Vancouver, sparking rumours around a potential new album.

In a newly surfaced photo, it has been confirmed that bassist Cliff Williams was also present in Vancouver with the band. In August last year, Angus Young, Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd and Stevie Young were photographed at the Vancouver recording studio that AC/DC has been using for the past three albums since the 2000s.

In December last year, a photo of Johnson and Williams posing with someone who may be a personal trainer surfaced on Instagram, geo-tagged in Shangri-La Hotel in Vancouver.

Williams announced his retirement from the band in September 2016 after the 'Rock or Bust' tour.

While these photographs proved that all five AC/DC members were present near the Vancouver recording studio, the band has yet to confirm any details on a potential new album.
