"Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now"
Ozzy Osbourne has postponed all 2019 tour dates after he sustained another serious injury while recovering from his recent pnumonia scare, which at the time forced him to cancel a show in NZ.
According to a statement posted on his Facebook page, Ozzy fell at his Los Angeles home and aggravated injuries from a 2003 ATV accident. He needed surgery, which took place last month, and will remain under doctors care until he recovers.
“I can’t believe I have to reschedule more tour dates. Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now," said Ozzy.
I’m grateful for the love and support I’m getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it’s really what’s keeping me going.
Just know that I am getting better every day…I will fully recover…I will finish my tour…I will be back!
The statement goes on to confirm that Osbourne’s 2019 shows have been postponed until 2020, but 2019 tickets WILL be honored for all rescheduled gigs.
"Concert-goers are being asked to hold onto their original tickets, as they will be honored for the rescheduled dates."
Rest up and get better soon, Ozzy.
