The Woodstock 50 saga is back on. After losing their original venue earlier last month, their permit for the second venue has been denied.
The organisers have applied for the permit to hold the festival at a smaller venue, Vernon Downs, which is part of a casino, race track and hotel.
Variety reports that Oneida County Administrator, Anthony Picente Jr. said that promoters have five days to appeal the decision but it appears that Woodstock organisers submitted an appeal that "did not meet many of the requirements". He also added that it is "highly unlikely" for this festival to happen.
