The three-story home comes with six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half-baths.

Surrounded by gorgeous landscaping, the 3507m² lot also includes a gazebo, patio, cabana, a fire pit, a variety of decks. There's also a pool and a spa with a cascading waterfall feature.

Petty used to have a different house at the same location but was destroyed by an arsonist in 1987 (and has never been caught). The Petty family was still inside when the fire broke and had to flee from the flames. The traumatic experience left Petty unable to use 'fire' or 'flames' in his songwriting and at the same time, inspired the classic track, 'I Won't Back Down'.
