51 years ago, Cream played two final shows at the famous Royal Albert Hall.

The band's decision to disband took fans by surprise although the obvious tensions between Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker was simmering and Eric Clapton was becoming uninterested.

The band went on their farewell tour around 19 cities in the States before the two-night show at the Royal Albert Hall on 25th and 26th November.

Cream members were not very happy with their performance. Baker said that it wasn't a good gig and that "Cream was better than that". They later reunited in 2005 which went on to be extremely successful.
