Jimmy Barnes explains that his new album has "nothing in particular" to do with his two memoir books.

Titled 'My Criminal Record', watch Barnes talk about the second track of the album, 'In a Bad Mood' in the video above.

Barnes explain that everybody faces bad moods. Barnes claims he's no longer a "cranky old bastard" anymore, he explains that he could be in the "worst mood in the world" but whenever he goes up on stage to perform, everything changes. "That changes because I ca leave it all behind me," he says.

I am in control and I can do what I want and the bad mood quickly goes

'My Criminal Record' has landed on the #1 album spot on the ARIA Album Charts. The album marks Barnes' first collection of new original songs to hit #1 since the 1990's 'Two Fires'. In New Zealand, the album peaked at #3, marking the highest debut ever in 26 years for Barnes.

The Sound is proud to support Jimmy Barnes, who will be returning to New Zealand for three massive shows this September.
